SCM Group North America announces Marc Legal as the North American Service Manager. Marc has been in the customer service industry since 1983 and with SCM Group since 2006 as the Service Coordinator for SCM Group Canada. Marc will oversee the day to day operations for service departments across the USA, Canada and Mexico stating “We strive to grow and succeed with retention of customer confidence. Prompt response and solving complex issues are things we take pride in as a service department.”
