Steve Yeomans is particularly well suited to orchestrate a superior remodeling project for his clients, given his very unique background. He has over 30 years of remodeling experience and is proficient in numerous trades including electrical, plumbing and framing, to name a few.
Steve also gained experience as a journeyman trim carpenter and cabinet maker. Couple that experience with management training, lighting design and CAD design and you have a highly-qualified remodeler. Steve was awarded the Greater Phoenix NARI 2010 CotY Award for Kitchen Remodel project $80,00.00 to $120,000.00 category and the Western Regional NARI 2010 CotY Award for Whole House remodel project in the $500,000.00 to $1 million category.
A native of Toronto, Canada, Steve moved to the Phoenix area in 1998, following a desire '…to live in a completely different environment.' After brief stints as manager of a gold mine and manager of a landscape business, Steve returned to remodeling. In his spare time Steve enjoys time with his family, snow skiing, scuba diving, reading and working on computers. Steve is excited to bring his unique skill set to Republic West and is eager to help clients turn their remodeling visions into reality.
