Neumarkt – SDAX-listed Pfleiderer AG has announced that the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Christopher von Hugo, and Dr. Helmut Burmester are stepping down from their positions as members of the company’s Supervisory Board effective at midnight on February 17, 2011. In this way, they intend to avoid potential conflicts of interest in connection with the upcoming preparation of a restructuring concept.

Pfleiderer AG will apply for a court appointment of replacement members of its Supervisory Board without delay.
