Many of our clients realized you cannot save your way out of a recession and began to focus on gaining market share through new product development, product innovation, expansion of product lines, and adding to and upgrading their staff. For those reasons, we experienced an increase in the number of searches we conducted for Sales and Marketing positions. Additionally, many of our clients took advantage of opportunities in the market by entering new and different markets as well as expansion into new channels of distribution,” said McElmeel.

“To accommodate the increase in the number of searches we undertook in 2011, we added two researchers with search industry experience to our staff in Sarasota. We feel that the market is improving and that 2012 should be another successful year.”
