FREDERICTON, N.B. - WorkSafeNB is investigating the death of a sawmill employee in New Brunswick, Canada.

Troy Bourque, 50, was reportedly killed on the job while working for Devon Lumber. Hardly any information has been released about his death.

According to his obituary, Bourque was a married father of one.

In business for more than 70 years, Devon Lumber says on its website that it's one of the oldest lumber operations in New Brunswick. The company makes a variety of softwood and cedar lumber products and byproducts, such as wood chips, shavings and sawdust.

The company temporarily shut down operations following Bourque's October 10 death, CBC News reported, and reportedly reopened Tuesday the 15th.

We will update this story when more information is available.
