Cayuga Displays specializes in the manufacture of refrigerated cases, store fixtures, and millwork for what it calls the “living edges” of a store including produce, floral, bakery, deli, salad and soup bars and more. The vertically integrated company moved into a 57,000-square-foot plant last year where it manufactures products using a mix of materials including wood, metal, glass and plastics. In addition to woodworking, the plant houses a metal stamping and press shop, welding, refrigeration, and case assembly.
