WMCO opens registration for LMI Leadership Series

HANOVER, Ontario — The Wood Manufacturing Cluster of Ontario is once again partnering with LMI Canada to present a Leadership Series focused on Effective Leadership Development.

The online video conference kicks off with a Pre-Conference Goal Setting presentation on Tuesday, Nov. 19, followed by presentations on Planning Tool Training on Dec. 3 and Goal Setting on Dec. 17.

The first of eight interactive learning sessions, Successful Leaders Are Made Not Born, begins on Tuesday, Jan. 7. Other topics of the two-hour bi-weekly workshops include Improving Results Through Better Time Management, The Art of Delegation, and Motivating People to Produce. The series concludes on May 13 with participant graduation presentations.

Barry Reid, leadership trainer of LMI, will facilitate the sessions. Reid has worked with hundreds of Southwestern Ontario businesspeople to help them achieve their most important goals and full leadership potential. In 2018, he was honored as Leadership Management International’s Facilitator of the Year for the Americas.
