Manufactured by Midcoast Mfg. and Supply, Panel Buddies are made from specially sized foam rubber. They allow for greater expansion and contraction without putting excessive pressure on joints. This allows the panel to naturally center itself. 

Midcoast says this makes doors sound and feel more solid, and eliminates the rattle often associated with contracting panels.
