Mozaik offers software demos, new apps at IWF
Mozaik Paperless Shop Apps.

ATLANTA -- Mozaik Software will be demonstrating the latest features of Version 7.0 at the upcoming IWF Show in Booth 7521.

A few of the new features Mozaik will be showing include integrated 3D rendering, a CAD overlay for creating submittal drawings, the new Door Library Editor, and the cabinet end and back panel Section Editor. The new door sectioning feature enables users to create five-piece doors, miter frame doors, and CNC MDF doors without drawing a single piece of geometry. Mozaik is available in three versions: Design, Manufacturing, and CNC Complete.

The CNC Operator, also to be shown at IWF, is a complete nesting to GCode app designed to be used live at the CNC router to process the job. All GCode files per sheet are tracked and stored with the job. Users can process sheets and/or parts with double sided machining quickly and seamlessly. Users can cut and paste parts from one sheet to another, instantly “remake” parts on the fly, and update toolsets. Generate GCode in real-time right at the machine. Print labels for the entire sheet or on-demand for each part.

The CNC Operator will run on any PC with Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10. It has been specifically designed for use on Tablet PCs running Windows Version 10 or newer.

Mozaik will also be showing its Paperless Shop Apps for cutting, labeling, and assembling, designed to change the way users communicate with the shop. The power and simplicity of these shop floor are designed to improve a shop’s communication, productivity, and accuracy. See
