WICHITA, Kansas – IceClean Systems is demonstrating their on-sander, abrasive belt cleaning at the International Wood Fair on a Timesavers sander at Timesaver’s booth #6428 in Exhibition Hall B.

“This is not a video, it is the first time ever that we’ve actually cleaned sanding belts at a wood machinery show,” said Raymond Friend, IceClean president. “It gives everyone the opportunity to see our belt cleaning system in action and inspect belts before and after cleaning.”

IceClean Systems offers equipment options for automated belt cleaning and manual belt cleaning to increase hardwood sanding belt life.

The equipment cleans loaded sanding belts right on the sander or off-sander in stand-alone belt cleaning cabinets, which can clean several different sizes of sanding belts quickly.

“Since our acquisition of this technology, which is a past Challenger Award Winner, we’ve been able to increase cleaning effectiveness, ergonomic controls, as well as industrial durability, while maintaining or lowering equipment and operating costs,” Friend said.

IceClean Systems technology works on cleaning high-production panel products and now on bottom sanding heads where space is extremely tight.
