Cefla shows how to upgrade from manual spraying at IWF

Cefla North America will be showcasing a wide range of automation at the IWF show, Aug. 6-9, in Atlanta, where visitors can witness a complete simulated finishing process from the raw substrate to the finished product ready to be packed and shipped.

During IWF 2024, visitors will see Cefla's all-new automated Prima P EVO, the one or two-arm reciprocating spray machine perfect for fast color changes and small production batches. This user-friendly solution is partnered with our FL-20 batch oven powered by SunSpot Catalytic Heaters: gas-powered, flameless heaters for drying water-based and solvent-based paints that can be customized to your space, thanks to the flexibility of these units. Partnered together, the Prima P EVO and batch oven simulate accessible, entry-level automation that can be integrated into full lines to meet higher productivity needs.

The Prima P EVO is the next generation of our beloved Prima. Its excellent transfer efficiency abilities can take your spray game to new heights as the first step towards automated spraying! The Prima P EVO is user-friendly & reliable, with low operating costs and initial investment. It can be managed by just one or two operators and is designed to make color changes efficient. The Prima P EVO does not require the installation of complex systems, instead allowing your automation to grow alongside your productivity.

Batch Oven Powered By SunSpot
Reduce your dry time with the FL-20 batch oven powered by SunSpot catalytic heaters! Effective for water-based and solvent based paint, this solution rapidly reduces dry time in a flexible footprint by heating the coating itself & keeping the integrity of the substrate. The SunSpot units have a quick pre-heating time, low energy consumption, and feature plug & play installation. This can be your first step as a semi-automated solution, paired with manual processes.
