Chinese office furniture maker Loctek Ergonomic buys warehouse for $44 million

RIVERSIDE, Calif. - Office furniture maker Loctek Ergonomic, primarily a maker of standing desk converters, has purchased a 361,000-square-foot warehouse in Riverside, California.
 
Loctek will relocate from Livermore, California - which is about seven hours north of Riverside. The new facility has 37 loading docks, two drive-in doors, motion sensor lighting, and a backup power station, reports Commercial Property Executive.
 
Founded in 1998, Loctek is a Chinese-based manufacturer of height adjustable desks, desk converters, monitor arms, TV wall mounts, and standing desk converters.
