CONROE, Texas - A Chinese patio furniture maker is expanding into a new facility near Houston.

Best Sun Inc. purchased a recently foreclosed 21,150-square-foot industrial facility in early September. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Best Sun said it plans to move into the facility by the end of the year and hopes to build additional industrial facilities on the site.

"We see a lot of growth opportunity in Conroe," said Matthew Goldsby, representer of the property seller Zions Bank. "As residents continue to move farther and farther north, we're seeing a trickle-down effect. We have a lot of (industrial) users looking and an under-supply of inventory in this market."
