C.H. Reed to showcase finish spray equipment at WPE Lancaster
Binks DVX

Binks DVX Series air spray guns featuring a redesign of the fluid body and air caps to mitigate turbulence that occurs between the paint and air when the trigger is pulled.

MANHEIM, Pa. — C.H. Reed, a distributor of compressed air, paint finishing and fluid handling processes, will exhibit at Wood Pro Expo Lancaster, October 23-24, at Spooky Nook Sports.

The company’s booth will focus on products manufactured by Binks and DeVilbiss.

Featured products include:

Binks DVX Series air spray guns featuring a redesign of the fluid body and air caps to mitigate turbulence that occurs between the paint and air when the trigger is pulled. The result is higher flow rates for fast application, higher transfer efficiency to reduce material use, and a more consistent pattern. The low-pressure air spray guns can be used to apply liquid coatings including waterborne and solvent borne, high solid urethanes, epoxies, and enamels.

The Binks Trophy Series automatic gun is available in HVLP, LVMP or conventional versions.

Binks pressure feed tanks

Binks range of pressure feed tanks allow the coating material to be prepared, thinned and conditioned, constantly agitated (if required) and then supplied in bulk to consistently maintain the correct spraying viscosity and pressure.

The Binks Advance HD (High Demand) spray guns are available in pressure, suction and gravity feed formats, as well as a wide range of conventional technology air caps to provide atomization for coating wood, metal, plastic, ceramic and composite substrates with most types of solvent, waterborne, high solids and 2K materials. the gun is offered in conventional, trans-tech and HVLP as well as mid or standard size.

The DeVilbiss AG-360 Series of low-pressure air automatic spray guns are available in various spray gun formats (AG-361, AG-362, AG-363) to provide an all-encompassing and universal automatic finishing solution for all applications.
