MANHEIM, Pa. — Landmark Lumber will showcase its full lineup of wood products at Wood Pro Expo Lancaster, October 23-24 at Spooky Nook Sports.

In addition to an extensive selection of hardwood and softwood lumber, Landmark’s “everything wood” offering includes specialty products like siding, paneling, decking, pressure-treated lumber, posts and timbers, and thermally modified lumber.

Prefinished Eastern White Pine Siding: Choose from a variety of standard profiles in 6- and 8-inch widths, all treated with an exterior-grade, all-natural finish available in 40 colors and choice of regular or extended-life coating. For added safety, a Class A fire-retardant additive is also available.

Prefinished Pine Paneling: Landmark’s exclusive prefinished rustic pine T&G paneling is ideally suited for cabins, tiny homes, party barns, family rooms, and any other space where it is beneficial to streamline construction timelines with ready-to-install paneling.

Constructed of Eastern white pine in a double-sided V-groove / edge and center bead profile, this ready-to-install paneling is available in 1”x 6” or 1”x 8” sizes. Each piece is prefinished on all sides with a custom factory-applied wood toner and stain in one of four standard colors. Custom colors are also available.

Pre-Cut Prefinished Board & Batten Siding: Landmark’s exclusive Board & Batten Pine Siding comes ready to install, helping cut production time and labor costs for shed, barn, and cabin builds.

Made from rough one-side Eastern white pine, each unit is pre-packaged in a choice of 10” board / 2” batten or 12” board / 3” batten, with lengths from 8 to 14 feet. Factory pre-sealed with Ready Seal Pro Grade Stain & Sealer in one of five semi-transparent colors, it’s ready to go the moment it arrives at a facility.

ThermalPro Wood Cladding & Rainscreen: ThermalPro Wood delivers weather resistance, dimensional stability, and long-lasting durability—plus the flexibility to match any design vision. The cladding and rainscreen can be installed vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, making it ideal for exterior siding, soffits, rainscreens, or dramatic indoor/outdoor ceilings and accent walls.

Choose from standard profiles, then have it factory-finished in a choice of a clear coat for a natural silver patina or one of 15 UV-protected colors. Both the wood and finishes are 100% chemical-free.

ThermalPro Decking & Fencing: Improved weather resistance and dimensional stability make thermally modified Southern yellow pine an ideal natural wood decking material. Thermally modified wood provides superior rot and insect resistance, along with a rich color that can be maintained with UV protectant or left to silver to achieve that beachy look, all without warping or cupping.
