Hoffmann's Combo System boosts beaded face frame output

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Hoffmann-USA will present its Beaded Face Frame Combo System at Wood Pro Expo, co-located with the Closets Conference & Expo, June 8-10, at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

The workcell combines a RazorGage Stop System with a chop-saw and a MORSO notching machine. The system is available in different lengths to accommodate face-frame components up to 12 feet long.

According to Hoffmann, the software included with the Combo System - described in the accompanying video - enables the operator to layout an average kitchen with 40 openings, cut all stiles and rails and precisely notch all joints in less than half a day. The net result is increased accuracy and shop output, the company says.

Hoffmann will demonstrate the Beaded Face Frame Combo System, as well as its MU3-PD dovetail routing machine at booth #223.

Hoffmann also offers positioning systems with or without chop-saws for use by customers who already have a MORSO notching machine in operation.

Full specifications and videos are available at Hoffmann-USA.com or call 866-248-0100.
