MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - IceClean Systems, a manufacturer of abrasive belt cleaning technology and general industrial dry ice cleaning applications, will exhibit for the first time in Canada at booth #2243 of the Woodworking Machinery & Supply Conference & Expo, Oct. 31-Nov. 2.

“We’ve recently had some major successes with our belt cleaning systems, which we’ve installed in Canada,” said Ray Friend, president of the Wichita-Kans.-based company. “Canada has a thriving woodworking market, and we’ve found wood producers there to have cost-conscious managers who are willing to make a short-term investment to achieve long-term results and become lower-cost, higher-quality producers.”

IceClean Systems manufactures and installs abrasive belt cleaning systems that can either clean belts right on the sander or off the sander. The company said its patented dry ice blasting system adjusts to accommodate various sizes of belts and under normal circumstances can clean a belt in less than a minute. IceClean Systems added that hardwood sander normally achieve three to five full belt lives, while softwood sanders can achieve dozens of extended belt lives.

The company’s website includes an FAQ section about a variety of IceClean Systems applications.
