Design Portfolio: Coatings add pizzazz & protection to products

Coatings are widely used in millwork and cabinetry, delivering varied gloss, texture, and visual effects in both liquid and powder forms. Available in custom formulated colors, they perform exceptionally well on smooth composite panels.

Liquid Coatings can be water-based or solvent-based.  Both types of coatings are used for finishing cabinets, furniture, exterior siding, millwork, trim, flooring, and fixtures.

Water-Based Acrylic Latex Coatings are used in industrial, commercial and residential settings, and can be modified with different resins and cross-linking agents to extend the service life, exterior durability, and resistance to chemicals, corrosion, and water. The low volatile organic compound (VOC) content helps maintain better indoor air quality.

Solvent-Based Coatings are valued for their superior chemical and wear resistance. Perfect for high-gloss finishes, its durability makes it a staple for furniture and cabinets.

UV Coatings are distinguished by their faster curing process, triggered almost instantly by UV radiation. This makes them incredibly tough, durable, and long-lasting. Typically used as clear coats and sealers, UV coatings offer high-performance protection.

Powder Coatings are a low-VOC finishing solution with up to 95% transfer efficiency by charged powder particles adhering to the electrically grounded surface until heated and cured. This creates a smooth or textured finish while delivering uniform coverage and seamless edges, ideal for contoured edges. The coatings also resist heat, moisture, abrasion, staining, and fading and offer a range of colors, textures, and finishes, making them perfect for use on furniture and fixtures.
