IRVINE, Calif. – Home Franchise Concepts (HFC), the parent company of Tailored Living, relocated from Orange, California to a 38,094-square-foot state-of-the-art, two-level headquarters and franchisee training facility in Irvine, California.

The move is designed to accommodate its current expansion success, including reaching a record sales of $700 million this year alone and to support its double-digit franchisee and sales growth over the next decade.

HFC’s three brands – Tailored Living, Budget Blinds and Concrete Craft – have more than 1,400 franchise territories operating in 10,000 cities in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

“The two-level space allows us to better tell – and show – the Budget Blinds, Tailored Living and Concrete Craft stories to new generations of would-be entrepreneurs wanting to control their own futures through business ownership,” said HFC CEO Shirin Behzadi.“Just as important, our new space can grow with us to allow us to showcase the new brands that we will be adding to the HFC family through brand development and acquisition to maximize our home improvement offerings to potential franchisees and customers.”

The new facility has a training lab and installation studio that replicates a real-life home setting in which franchisees can install the latest Tailored Living, Budget Blinds, and Concrete Craft products. The space features state-of-the-art audio-video capabilities that allow for live and pre-recorded streaming of product installations of all three brands.

“Beyond serving as working offices for senior management and staff, our new space doubles as a giant product display and showcase of HFC advances in eco-friendly design, home security and smart home and office automation,” Behzadi added.  “The latest product advances from each brand – from integrated Budget Blinds design solutions and Tailored Living home and garage built-ins to the latest Concrete Craft floors – have been seamlessly incorporated into the new space.”
