WEST BERLIN, N.J. - Closet & Storage Concepts opened a new 1,400-square-foot retail showroom in Marlton, New Jersey to better serve customers of its West Berlin manufacturing facility, (also the corporate headquarters for the Closet & Storage Concepts/More Space Place franchise).

The new retail space will be the first outlet for the company’s new line of products before they hit the floors of more than 11 franchise factory and retail showrooms across the country.

Displays will include custom-designed, custom-built and installed space-saving solutions for closets, pantries, garages, home offices, and other spaces. Also, there are five wallbed units—three queens, one full and one twin—are displayed throughout the floor.

Retail showrooms, as opposed to factory showrooms attached to manufacturing facilities, are a relatively new approach for the company’s Closet & Storage Concepts brand.

“I’m very excited about our new retail-showroom concept in Marlton Crossing Shopping Center,” stated Bob Lewis, President and CEO of Closet & Storage Concepts / More Space Place. “By allowing our customers to see our space-saving home furnishing solutions in a traditional retail-storefront setting, they’re able to touch and feel the quality we put into our products, as well as choose from dozens of decorator finish options.

“The new retail showroom will be especially useful for customers exploring our wall bed systems,” Lewis added. “Being able to raise and lower the beds themselves helps customers fully understand the beds’ advantages, see how easy it is to use them and imagine them in their own homes.”

All Closet & Storage Concepts products sold out of the Marlton showroom are locally manufactured in West Berlin with the exception of the Murphy-bed-style wall beds, which are produced in Clearwater, Florida, at the company’s More Space Place factory.
