The Association of Closet and Storage Professionals (ACSP) board of directors is proud to announce that it has named Eric Marshall, Master Storage Designer (MSD) as its new president effective March 2021.

Marshall is an energetic entrepreneur and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for the home storage industry. Marshall has been in the closet industry for nearly 40 years.  He was the first employee of Neil Balter (founder of California Closets and Organizers Direct).

Marshall now heads up Kitchens and Closets by DEA (with his two sons David & Aaron) and has served multiple years on the ACSP Board of Directors as treasurer and President-Elect. Marshall succeeds Wendy Scott who will stay on as presidential advisor.

“Our board is thrilled to introduce a leader of Eric’s caliber into the forefront of our community. He’s got a rep for being on the unorthodox side, but when he puts on his “closet hat” I suggest you sit back and take notes.  He knows his stuff but is also open to opinions and suggestions. He genuinely cares about the overall success of the industry” Scott said. “Eric possesses the know-how and experience to grow ACSP into an even greater organization.”

Marshall's focus will be on continuing to grow membership and education. Look for his updates on the association in upcoming issues of Closets & Organized Storage magazine.
