2020 Top Shelf Design Awards finalists to be announced Feb. 7th

ARLINGTON, Texas - Finalists for the 2020 Top Shelf Design awards will be announced by Friday, February 7th. Winners will be announced March 12 at the Top Shelf Design Awards reception, sponsored by CCF Industries and KCD Software, which will be held at the AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), during the 2020 Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo, in Arlington, Texas. Registration for the event is now open.

Top Shelf Design Awards are given annually to honor designers for their creative closet and home organizational designs. Each entry is judged based on the following criteria: 50 percent appearance/design (emphasizing design creativity) and 50 percent functionality and quality of construction/materials. 
 
The 2020 Top Shelf Design Award judges are Karl Forth, Woodworking Network; Angelia York, Saint Louis Closet Co.; and Tim Coleman, Douglas Coleman Home Solutions.
 
The Best of Show winner (project receiving the highest score from the judges) will receive a $500 gift card and all award winners will receive an award plaque and/or a certificate and will be featured in Closets & Organized Storage magazine and its social media platforms.
 
Top Shelf Design Award finalists will also receive discounts to attend the Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo, which features three days of education and two days of product displays and demonstrations.

About Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo

The Cabinets & Closets Expo (CCCE) is the annual national event for cabinet and closet professionals and is co-located with Wood Pro Expo. The events are organized by Closets & Organized Storage and FDMC magazines respectively, both part of Woodworking Network.

The Cabinets & Closets event leads off with a full-day executive conference followed by the two-day expo featuring woodworking machinery and supplies. Additional educational programming is offered on both days of the expo. Tours of local manufacturing plants and the popular Top Shelf Design Awards reception are also key components of the event.

The 2020 CCCE is scheduled for March 11-13 at the Arlington Convention Center, Arlington, TX.
