WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Closet and storage professionals attending the Closets Expo can take advantage of discounted registration fees to bolster their credentials as professional designers or installers.

The Association of Closet and Storage Professionals (ACSP) will administer separate accreditation examinations for designers and installers at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 13.

The ACSP said it created the programs “to assist business owners, designers, and installers in marketing their skills, promoting their achievements, and defining their careers to both consumers and employers as the true, established professionals in this competitive and specialized field.”

As a Closets Expo special, the design certification exam for Level 1 registered or Level 2 certified, regularly $275 for ACSP members and $400 for non-members, is being offered for $165. The registered installer exam, regularly $135 for ACSP members and $250 for non-members, is being offered for $80 at the show. The show special registration fee is being offered to non-members as well as members of the association.

The exams will be administered at the ACSP’s booth 501. Participants must bring a laptop to take the test.
