GRAND RAPIDS, MI - Stiles Machinery says “We’re Just Getting Started” is the rallying cry behind its 50th anniversary, being celebrated all this year, including at last month's 2015 AWFS Fair. The energy was evident at the largest exhibition of woodworking machinery held this year at the Las Vegas Convention Center. 

“This year’s show was terrific,” said Stiles Vice President of Marketing, Stephan Waltman. “We were practically overwhelmed with visitors from all over North America.”

The AWFS Fair Has Personalities

Tommy Mac and friends, Tanked TV stars, furniture scion John Bassett II were among many show personlaities.


At this year’s AWFS, Stiles Machinery displayed machinery in operation from all of its major product segments including ALTENDORF, HOMAG, BRANDT airTec edgebanders, HOLZMA panel saws, WEEKE boring equipment, BÜTFERING and HEESEMANN sanders, MAKOR finishing and KENTWOOD and IRONWOOD machinery for solid wood.

“Our days at AWFS were packed with activity,” said Waltman. “In addition to the four SMART presentations, we moderated an instructional presentation with Wayde King and Brett Raymer from the hit show TANKED on Animal Planet.

"Thursday night we hosted 400 guests at the famous Las Vegas Hofbräuhaus restaurant in honor of our 50th anniversary celebration. AWFS 2015 was a big success and we look forward to AWFS 2017. We’ll be back with a significant presentation of machinery and our expert staff.”
