Cabinet sales up 3.7% in October: KCMA survey

RESTON, Va. - Cabinet sales rose 3.7% in October compared to 2016 figures, following a drop in September. According to participating members in the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association's (KCMA) monthly Trend of Business Survey, stock cabinet sales in October grew 5.8%, semi-custom sales increased 1.0%, while custom cabinet sales also rose 5.4% compared to the same period last year.

Vision Machinery open house attracts record crowd

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A "record crowd" of woodworkers in Nevada and California were in attendance last week at an open house hosted by Vision Machinery, a dealer of Biesse Group technology and systems.     “This event was about double compared to what we did at the end-of-year open house last year in terms of attendance,” said Vision Machinery Founder & Owner Lonnie Campbell. He added that feedback on the company's manufacturer-level showroom "was fantastic."
