HICKORY, NC - Sunbelt Furniture Xpress and Shull Transport say they entered into a definitive agreement to combine effective April 29th, 2011.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI -- Steelcase Inc. has purchased substantially all of the assets of bkm Total Office, one of its New England contract furniture dealers.
