SCM has introduced a standard ERC series conveyor to be paired with the K560 series and above models, along with competitive machines. Coupled with an ERC conveyor, an edgebander streamlines workflow and creates an efficient solution to handling components without the need for an additional operator. Equipped with a seven inch color touchscreen controller, a panel kicker, and a panel rotator, all conveyors have independent adjustable speed control of the receiving table, the transfer table, and the return conveyor. The conveyor features a motorized machine mate transfer roller section, and is available in 1600mm and 2400mm receiving table lengths which are offered in both 900mm and 1200mm roller width options.
