With a tight bending radius, maximum strength, and extreme light weight, Banova Superflex features a combination of a textile core layer and highly flexible wood veneers that create permanently bonded shaped components with weight-specific stability. The company says a radius of 40mm is easy to produce with a top surface quality when bonded on a membrane press and when formed into an "S" shape, produces an excellent finish on both sides. Available with a thickness of 10mm, Banova Superflex sheets come in sizes of either 48 by 96 inches or 96 by 48 inches depending on the directional curve to be formed.
