WOOD 100 2013: Corsi Group's Service Strategy

The Corsi Group/Greenfield Cabinetry LLC, Indianapolis, IN — The ability to meet and exceed customer requirements is helping drive business for The Corsi Group’s Greenfield Cabinetry.

With the tagline “Luxury Within Reach,” Greenfield cabinetry is available in a number of options, including door styles, species and finishes. Corsi says the company recently upgraded its finishing area with on-demand finish materials mixing equipment, solvent and finish materials distillation equipment. Software upgrades were also made to the production process.

“We have to be constantly flexible in our product offerings to stay relevant as the economy shifts. This impacts every aspect of our business from our order entry communication all the way through to delivery services,” says President Patrick Corsi.

To also aid in customer service, the company in July opened a National Training Center for dealer training in Indianapolis.
