EDMONTON, AB -- Lumber and millwork distributor McKillican American Inc. has purchased the assets of Lane Stanton Vance, formerly a division of BlueLinx of Atlanta, GA.
The acquisition became effective October 31.
McKillican, headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, operates 24 Distribution Centers in the United States and Canada. Lane Stanton Vance, with branches in El Cajon, Diamond Bar and San Marcos, is strategically located to service the Southern California market.
