JASPER, IN – Furniture manufacturer Kimball Intl announced it plans to close its factory in Borden and consolidate operations at its plant in Salem, according to the Louisville Business Journal.
Upon completion of the move, the Salem plant of Kimball Office is expected to have approximately 600 employees. Reportedly, employees in Borden will be given the opportunity to transfer to Salem.
