JJS Canada to focus on sanding and fastening at WMS 2022
November 22, 2021 | 9:32 am CST

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario – JJS Inc. Canada will demonstrate SIA abrasives and Lamello RTA connector systems at the 2022 Woodworking Machinery & Supply Conference & Expo.

They include:
The 7990 siasponge block can be used on wood, plastics and composites, including for sanding off old varnish, paints, and stains. The sponge abrasive can also be used to flatting uneven areas, fine sanding of surfaces, and sanding off raised wooden fibres.

sia long cross belt

The 1919 siawood+ long cross belt is engineered for calibrating wood surfaces and lacquer sanding applications. The belts’ special coating minimizes clogging, while its backing provides stability and rigidity for longer life.

Lamello Zeta P2 biscuit joiner

Lamello’s Zeta P2 profile biscuit joiner can be used to join components in solid wood, plywood, MDF, particleboard, plastics, solid surfaces and more. The Swiss-manufactured, time-saving tool features an integrated vertical mechanical drive on the cutting spindle that creates profile grooves in all angles. Connectors can be inserted into the profile grooves by hand.

Lamello’s Cabineo is a one-piece connector based on drilling or milling, for the connection of carcasses through pure surface processing. Machining is possible on all CNC machines, including simple 3-axis routers and nesting machines. In addition to facilitating more efficient processing, Cabineo allows for faster assembly and also provides a high clamping force without the additional use of wooden dowels. (See video below.)
