TORONTO - SCM Group Canada will present some of the latest innovations in wood manufacturing technology during WMS 2015, including a CNC router for high production - the Accord 30 - as well as nested based machining centers - the Pratix S. SCM will be in Booth 2629. WMS 2015 Woodworking Machinery & Supply Expo

The SCM Accord 30 is a rail and pod, 5-axis router, complete with SCM “matic” table. Seen at LIGNA 2015 earlier this year, "matic" technology automates changeover and positioning of rail and pods. This machine can meet the demands of today’s woodworker with high production capacity, flexibility through the 5-axis routing unit, as well as a drilling unit, and quick set ups - 5 seconds - with SCM's automatic set up table.

At the other end of the CNC spectrum, SCM says its 4x8 or 5x12-foot flat table nesting router, Pratix S, can meet the requests of most kitchen/ furniture producers today. A small footprint, together with a very competitive price, have made the Pratix S the most sold CNC router in SCM's range of these machines.

Additionally, SCM will present its most recent range of medium performance edgebanders including the new Olimpic K 360 complete with a dedicated corner rounding unit. These are just a few of the machines we will present.

WMS 2015 runs November 5-7 at the International Centre in Mississauga near Toronto.
