The 2009 Kitchen/Bath Industry Show in Atlanta, GA, concluded Sunday on a quiet note. Show numbers were down, but attendees and exhibitors who were there introduced new products, networked and conducted business to keep their companies moving forward.
Did the economy keep you from visiting this year's show? Fear not. Helen Kuhl, the Editorial Director of Custom Woodworking Business, headed to Atlanta to get the scoop on all of the latest trends in kitchen and bath design to see what new changes will be affecting the custom woodworking and cabinet industries.
Join Kuhl as she talks with four of the exhibitors at this year's show:
• Randy Krebs of DeWils Custom Cabinetry gives an unscripted description of a cream-colored vanity featuring cabinetry from the company’s Designer line. (Also unscripted was the editor’s lopsided photography.)
• See some of the latest cabinet style and color trends showcased in one of Cardell Cabinetry’s displays.
• Angela O’Neill of Wellborn Cabinets describes her company’s new high-end Estate Custom Collection.
• Robert Gronlund of Wood-Mode Custom Cabinetry shares comments about the Beatles’ John Lennon with Helen Kuhl, Editorial Director of Custom Woodworking Business.
