As seen at AWFS, this video shows the C.R. Onsrud Mate Series CNC router in action with the new automated nested sheet material handling system and parts pre-labeling. The gantry mounted pre-labeling system labels each part prior to nested routing, eliminating potential confusion of part identification after the routing is performed. C.R. Onsrud says the automated sheet loading system allows a single operator to run a complete bunk of material without additional support and the automated sheet offload system with conveyor outfeed removes parts from the routing table while cleaning the surface for the next sheet.
