Insane precision: Building a table for the World Snooker Championship
If you want to see precision, woodworking, and assembly combine at the highest level, you're in the right place.

These specialists are hired each year to build tables for the World Snooker Championship in England. Snooker is a British cue sport similar to pool but features different rules.

The tables must be perfectly flat, sited, and lit - and must be constructed all over again each year. Certain structures, like the legs and support, can be bolted together, but others must be laid anew each time with maximum precision.
