Videos: CNC Factory to demo its latest technology at Wood Pro Expo Texas
ARLINGTON,  Texas  -- CNC Factory, a U.S. based company offering state-of-the-art CNC woodworking equipment, will bring its latest technology to Booth 101 at the Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo/Wood Pro Expo Texas, March 12 -13 at the Arlington Convention Center.   Attendees can see the Driverless Python XPR, the easy-to-use Badger 3600AT Edgebander, and the all new Scorpion LDR for completely hidden fastening.  Woodworkers are invited to use code CNC20 for free VIP registration.

“We will be showing each of these machines in action and producing guitar cut outs to give away free to visitors,”  said Chris Corrales,  president and founder of CNC Factory.  “We love the size of this show because we really get a chance to talk to each person, and listen to what they need to take their business to the next level.”

CNC Factory delivers the latest features in CNC equipment with the goal of making each machine as easy as possible to operate.  CNC Factory machines offer best in class USA warranty and lifetime support.

The Visionary Award Finalist Python XPR allows a one-man cabinet shop to produce like a 20 man factory. “Customers love the Python because only one operator is required, and it prints and applies its own labels. With just one push of a button, and without any daily calibration or homing time, the Python with its self-labeling changes production expectations as we know it,” Corrales said.

The Python XPR features:
  • 12 HP HSD Air Cooled Spindle
  • 12 Tool Rapid Fire Rotary Tool Changer
  • Tool Changer changes tools in just 4 seconds!
  • Direct Helical Rack & Pinion Gearing
  • Dual Layer, High Flow Vacuum System
  • Manual or Robotic Mode

CNC Factory's Badger 3600 is built for a continuous operation. It has a built-in material stop that will open when ready for the next piece of material. This automated feature does not require the user to guess the correct timing. It insures the proper edgeband application and automatically cleans each part with on board liquid cleaning increasing production. Touch Screen controls for all stations make it easy to run “It’s so easy to operate, just install power, plug in air and you’re ready to go,” Corrales says. “It’s crazy how much quality and production the Badger 3600 does in an incredibly small foot print.”
The Badger 3600AT features:
  • Cutting: front and rear automatic cutters
  • Scraper: Top and bottom edge scrapping controllable at monitor
  • Buffing: Dual buffing motors with 6” buffing wheels controllable at monitor
