Download Packet Tracer
Packet Tracer can take different forms. A google search will provide many results for getting package trackers. I know that the package tracker is a licensed app, but recently it can be downloaded from different sites for free, such as a trial or personal use.

Start Cisco Packet Tracer

Create a Simple Project

After opening the Cisco Packet Tracer, we will see an empty topology. We can add the required devices from the menu below.

For example, we can add a router by dragging and dropping an 1841 router into the empty topology. We can also use other tools to connect these devices.

We can connect two routers using the following icon required by the port type of the selected devices such as CAT cable and the corresponding connection type.
