Eagle Machinery says the Eagle StraightLine MB24 movable blade gang ripsaw was designed as a solution to the shortcomings of conventional movable blade gang ripsaws. Its heavy-duty frame can be configured with up to 6 tooling stations and the unique design allows for the removal and grinding of both board edges (waste), maximizes blade positioning flexibility and accuracy, and reduces maintenance requirements, the company says. The machine is capable of feed speeds in excess of 450 lineal fpm. In addition, Eagle can provide a fully integrated system customized to suit the needs of any application.
