Lentz Machinery Group/Pade USA says the Intorex TRO- has been developed specifically for difficult milling on round turnings. The machining center incorporates a steady ring to hold the rough blank for the gouges; three roll steady units to eliminate "whipping" caused when the material is removed while turning; two sanding units on separate axis for independently engagement; and .a router with HSK spindle and 10 position tool carousel to do any required milling. Pneumatic steady jaws also prevent flexing during the milling process.
