The Makor Q-One 1300 with changeover system is intended for companies with low volume production applying water-based or solvent-based paints, or glues. It is designed to provide higher production and paint savings, uniform coating, and more consistent quality. A single steel frame provides stability and absence of vibration during the oscillating spraying. A piece reading bar is located at the entrance of the machine to detect the workpiece shape to optimize paint consumption. System makes the machine self-cleaning, reducing maintenance costs, but does not allow the recovery of the sprayed product.
