Available from Stiles Machinery, Homag’s tapio is an open interface, digital platform. It allows users to monitor the entire production process in real time, retrieve data, run reports, access saved programs from the cloud, and operate machines remotely. If a machine reports an error, the ServiceBoard provides a way to get help from the service partner and/or resolve the error live via a video link. It also features DataSave, which securely back-ups important machine data.
