Kaeser Compressors says its new SmartPipeXL is a modular aluminum piping system featuring lightweight materials and compression style connections. They are ideal for headers and branch lines, and coupled with the SmartPipe+ can provide a complete piping network. It is made with calibrated aluminum that the company says will not rust. Available in sizes of three, four, six, and eight inches, it features full bore fittings to minimize pressure drop and leak-free connectors to prevent compressed air loss. SmartPipeXL can be integrated into existing steel, copper, or aluminum systems and can be modified to accommodate changing needs.
