Available from Scm Group, the Stefani Solution XD edgebander is designed for both high production and batch-one production woodworking operations. The compact machine offers speeds up to 30 mpm, with immediate setup possible for up to three rounded edges from a single touch on the screen. A high finish quality is also available, Scm says, thanks to new working units that  minimize the interaction on the panel, along with the design of dynamic parts which are 55% stiffer and lighter than before. Stefani's patented Slim-Line technology delivers glue through a slot device, providing a glue line thickness of 0.08 to 0.1mm on the edgebanding while also eliminating the need for a glue pot.
