Workpiece preparation & trimming   
This automatic edgebander's pre-milling function features dual diamond cutterheads that prep the panel edge for gluing, while the heated infeed fence prepares it for optimal adhesion. The radius scraping unit removes squeeze out, and the trimming and buffing clean up the edges for a polished and professional finish.

Advanced controls for Smooth edges
The programmable logical control (PLC) system simplifies every part of the process for easy monitoring and quick setting changes. With these specialized controls and a complete system of preparation and trimming functions, the G0985 Automatic Edgebander is ready for industrial-level production.
