LIGMATECH has added two return conveyors to its line of machinery, available in the U.S. exclusively from Stiles. The ZHR 100 and ZHR 200 Boomerang models are one-person models designed for small- and medium-size edgebanding machines. Each has a driven roller conveyor that moves workpieces from right- or left-handed edgebanders, transferring them to the operator via a driven return conveyor running parallel to the edgebander. The ZHR 200 adds pneumatically lifting/sliding rails and a tilting/turning device for parts ranging from 35.5 in. long and up; this machine also handles panels up to 4x8 ft, banded on all sides.
