Milwaukee Tools has upgraded its M18 cordless system with new high-output batteries and the company's first M18 and M12 super chargers. The batteries are offered in three segments including the CP, which boasts less weight and a smaller size; the XC, which boasts more power and run-time than the CP; and the HD, which boasts the most power and run-time. Compatible with the entire M18 system of more than 175 tools, the company says that all M18 Redlithium high-output batteries provide 50 percent more power, run 50 percent cooler, and offer increased run-time over standard batteries. When paired with the new super chargers, Milwaukee says the batteries are charged four times faster than the company's standard chargers.
