Milwaukee Tool says its redesigned Stud, and new Wide-Blade and Compact tape measures deliver enhanced durability. The Stud is equipped with custom internal gearing and uses a smaller optimized spring to control blade retraction and reduce size. It also features EXO360 blade technology, a high-density nylon coating that wraps 360 degrees around the blade to protect it from ripping and wearing. The company says its Wide-Blade tape measure has the longest, straightest standout at 14 feet and features anti-tear coating, a five-point reinforced frame, two-sided blade printing, and a finger stop. It is also available in 16- and 25-foot magnetic options. The compact tape measure boasts a 12-foot standout and features a five-point reinforced impact-resistant frame, and two-sided blade printing. It is also available is a magnetic model with a finger stop.
