Fagus GreCon says its new DLD 1/9 spark detector with intelligent detection technology (IDT) not only identifies hazardous moving ignition sources before a fire breaks out but can also differentiate between dangerous sparks or harmless incidence of extraneous light due to leaky/damaged pipes or an opening of an inspection flap.

Venjakob says its Ven Spray One offers an entry-level alternative to hand-held spraying. It features a large, user-friendly touch screen control and an integrated control cabinet. It offers excellent adhesion to wood and a variety of plastics, the company says, as well as exceptional mechanical stability and wetting properties. It can be brushed or sprayed.

Available from SNX Technologies, Xcel-Edge XE 190-220 is an EVA hotmelt unfilled glue for use with straight-line and contour edgebanders. The company says the new formula creates a stronger bond and offers a more consistent glue spread, and has a temperature range of 190-220C. It comes in 5-gal pails with resealable lids.
