LANCASTER, Pa. - CNC machining centers, edgebanders and other woodworking equipment manufactured by INMES of Brazil will be shown for the first time at a U.S. trade event: Wood Pro Expo, Oct. 17 and 18.

The two-day event is preceded by the popular Cabinet Makers Association's plant tours.

Arauco has signed an agreement to acquire Prime-Line Inc., a manufacturer of MDF moulding and millwork products. Arauco said the acquisition strengthens its presence in the North American moulding industry.
